This theoretical hyper-adaptable single celled organism would also shatter the Darwinian model of evolution. If the Cambrian Explosion was the result of a fantastically adaptable single celled organism generating over 30 phyla (body types for plants and animals) then the obvious Darwinian suspect would be the stromatolites. It appears that the scientific orthodoxy found the discontinuity between stromatolite genetics and the other life forms on this planet before I did. I tried to do some research on the genetics of stromatolites but I kept running into dead ends and double speak. Why use *ancient stromatolites* to answer when the aliens arrived on Earth because living stromatolites are found in many areas today? Using stromatolites as the starting reference point opens the door to this range of time and potential alien arrivals Does this mean the aliens appeared much more recently on Earth then? Although these are freshwater bodies, they all have an unusual water chemistry, allowing the stromatolites to thrive in both saltwater and freshwater environments.1,2" The latest research has identified them even living on land.1 Modern stromatolites are another example of a “living fossil.” Living stromatolites have been found in highly saline marine environments in the Bahamas and in atolls in the Central Pacific.2 Stromatolites have even been found in freshwater lakes and streams in Spain, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan. "Scientists believed stromatolites were extinct-until they found them living in Shark Bay, Australia, in 1956.2 Living stromatolites just keep popping up in newer and more diverse environments. The modern oceans and other areas have living stromatolites, thus these are living fossils. There is a problem using stromatolites as a starting reference to answer *when the ancient aliens appeared on Earth*. Stromatolites in the fossil record, some from the Precambrian dated ~ 3 billion years ago. Well, post #13 by Geomartian starts to frame or define the ancient aliens appeared on Earth. With each generation, humanity gains new knowledge, and that's why it might seem to one that the present generation is more intelligent than the previous one, but that's an illusion and nothing else. The Early Middle Ages' Kings didn't have the same amount of knowledge as their Roman predecessors! It took a long time for the Successors of the Romans in Europe to have as good technology as the Romans. The Romans had greater knowledge than their successors in the Early Middle Ages, and if this theory is to be agreed with, why did the Early Middle Ages' Kings' technology as good as their Roman predecessors if this theory is to be believed? Sounds pretty obvious to me. I mean, this literally means that everyone is as intelligent or more intelligent than Newton or Einstein. And, each generation more intelligent than the previous generation, I highly disagree. And, I guess, any anthropologist will disagree too. But, if you say that human intelligence increased significantly within 5000 years, I am gonna disagree. And, I do quite agree with the fact that humans are more intelligent than apes. Of course, the evolution from ape to humans happened after a process of millions of years. There is only greater knowledge, at least, within the last 5000 years of human history. Though, this might sound pretty stupid, but still, there is nothing like greater intelligence. There is nothing like greater intelligence IMO.

One has a long edge carved at the edge, while the other has a groove cut in to receive the board extension. Tongue and Groove JointĬarpenters join two flat boards together to create a larger wooden panel using this option. Pocket joint is also sometimes found in door jambs and residential archways. The best way to accurately do this by using a pocket-hole jig to drill the holes.Ĭabinet doors and face frames often use this technique. Since the hole for the screw must get pre-drilled, measurement accuracy is critical to this technique’s success. Usually, the holes are drilled at a 15-degree angle. The two pieces get connected with a screw to create a durable, flat surface for the wood. It requires the woodworkers to drill a pilot hole between the two boards. Pocket-hole joinery is where a basic butt joint is fastened using screws that are at an angle. A birdsmouth joint is a common variation used when the connection must be at an angle. You see this woodworking joint used for framing and cabinetry quite often. If the joint forms in the middle of both boards, it is called a cross lap joint instead. It happens most often when a connection is needed in the middle of the timber, although corner connections are also possible. Woodworkers use this joint to join two boards together to create a flush surface. A classic example of mitered butt joinery is the wooden picture frames. Depending on the purpose, you may need to strengthen the miter joint by adding nails. Uses: Since the miter joint has minimal strength, it is typically used for trim and molding purposes. You receive a seamless look that does not show any end grain. The advantage of using this approach involves the strength of the corner. This joinery option connects two butts that get cut at an angle. You can see that butt-joint is used everywhere in my DIY wooden birdhouse tutorial. Some picture frames, decking, and sandboxes also use it. You see this technique used most often when building wall or attic framing. Mechanical fasteners such as nails or screws are necessary to preserve this joinery. The end of a timber board is called the “butt.” Woodworkers forming this joint are placing two ends together at a right angle to create a corner. You can see many of the following examples throughout your home. Several standard woodworking joints are found in everyday items. Several woodworking joint styles are available to the woodworker to use, providing several creative options when putting together furniture, flooring, and more. Without the use of wood joinery techniques, everything we make using wood would end up coming from a single piece. Woodworking joints enable us to create items from multiple timber boards. In the end, however, Brettmann is most content with the fact that he gets to do what he loves to do. “That legend Alex Meixner deserves a lot of credit, too, because he’s gotten us from where we were to where we are now,” Brettmann said. Through his polka endeavours, Brettmann has met many of the elite accordion players in the world, such as national champion accordion player Cory Pesaturo, Grammy-winning polka artist Carl Finch and nationally acclaimed accordionist Alex Meixner. Steager, who is really responsible for all this.” I have many thanks for each and every one of them, along with my parents, who deserve a lot of credit, and Mr. My brother plays the trumpet in addition to the piano. “I sing in English and German, and I also play the valve trombone in addition to the accordion. “My drummer Turner, in addition to writing and arranging, sings in English, German, Czech and Russian,” Brettmann said. They have been writing their own polkas for quite some time, in addition to playing polka classics that keep the dance halls rocking. Steager came to us one day and asked for a recording of us playing to submit to the board to go play at the National Polka Festival in Ennis, Texas… we also played at a dance hall in Oklahoma while we were down there,” Brettmann said. It wasn’t long after they got the opportunity to tour through Oklahoma and Texas for the first time. Soon enough, four polka-playing preteens had their first paid performances, or gigs, as they are more colloquially known among the musical types. “We were all coming in at different times… but the people there seemed to like it.” “My parents say that we didn’t sound that bad, but I know we weren’t that good either,” Brettmann said. They practiced one song, the “Beer Barrel Polka,” for about a month and soon enough had them playing open mics at the Kolache Korner in Prague. Steager got them playing at the Czech Heritage Days in Prague, Nebraska. “We got my brother Jackson on the piano and Luke, who I didn’t even know at the time, to play the tuba for us.” Steager teaches him the basic rhythm on the drums,” Brettmann said. However, UNO Sophomore Jameson Brettmann is living that story out in a uniquely Nebraskan way.īrettmann, a music entrepreneurship major here at UNO, has been playing in one of the hottest young polka bands in the Midwest, “The Happy Players.” They’ve played all kinds of Oktoberfests, polka festivals, weddings and any central European-style gettogethers for the past six years. To say this is something that happens every day would be something of a hyperbole. It’s almost cliche at this point-the story of a bunch of scrappy youngsters finding their way to the top by way of playing in a rock-n-roll band. In order to avoid confusion with the soap opera (also entitled "Long Road to Ruin") and the "real world", the scenes in the soap opera have brown tones to make it more vintage, while the real world retains normal color. Actress Rashida Jones guest stars as "Racinda Jules" ("Susan Belfontaine", the doctor's love interest). Bassist Nate Mendel plays "Ned Bender" ("Saul Goode", the show's shady antagonist). Guitarist Chris Shiflett plays "Christopher Mishomotohama" ("Little Jimmy", a severely injured child). Drummer Taylor Hawkins plays "Ty Hawkstone" ("Les Groper", Davidoff's womanizing colleague). Grohl plays "Davy Grolton", who stars as the main doctor, "Hansom Davidoff". As seen in the opening credit sequence, the Foo Fighters portray the actors who in turn portray the show's characters. The music video of the song, directed by Jesse Peretz (who also has directed previous Foo Fighters videos "Big Me" and "Learn To Fly"), is a comedic spoof of a stereotypical 1970s-era hospital soap opera ( General Hospital in particular), and is essentially a " show within a show".

Trump admitted to Woodward on March 19 that he deliberately minimized the danger. He insisted the administration had the virus totally under control. Gauntlets are two massive fighting metal gloves used for multiple fast attacks. Scythe is a rounded, sharp blade with a long handle, used for close-range fighting and provides accurate control over the opponent. Mordex wields the Scythe as his primary weapon and the Gauntlets as his secondary weapon. Valhalla is strange, and so are the alliances that form inside, Mordex found himself in a pack with fellow legends Thatch and Azoth, completely disregarding the fury of his deeply hated enemy. While now residing in Valhalla, Mordex is both delighted yet terrified to find himself in his true form. Calling onto his dark magic, he’d ambush and take out Diana, escaping with his prized possession. Mordex’s top priority was obtaining the Geminius Virens, a cursed artifact that was very well hidden in the deep parts of the Orders very own vaults. Soon after, the only obstacle between him was another prolific hunter, Diana and her talented surveillance. Expressing his tale of desperation, starvation, and the epic battle that occurred, Mordex was the only survivor out of the intense battle, although no one questioned why he seemed well fed.Īfter the harsh mission, praise and promotion quickly followed Mordex. His team is being circled and surrounded by the many giants and werewolves there. Mordex and his crew were trapped in a terrible, swirling ice storm. Mordex would return from the frozen north only one year later, giving stories of absolute horror but victory. With his current mission, he saw it as a perfect opportunity to gain the power of a much new sort. He brought down the Cult of The Ice Witch but relayed that all of their ritual tomes were lost in the fire that occurred. Mordex slithered his path right into the noble Order, but not to do any good or justice, only to get closer to the many monsters whose power he craved. With reading the task, Mordex grew excited but knew he had to be cautious about his betraying intent. Octavius Mordex, the Master Hunter of the Order of the Exalted Lion, was given an order to take his team to the frozen north, having to hunt down an increasing infection of frost giants, and more importantly, werewolves. The bite of a werewolf is one that rarely has an effect, granted most of the time, the feast quickly follows it. It’s a very challenging task for someone to become a lycanthrope on purpose. Diana had once told Ada her story of betrayal, said, “And to think my Order’s own quartermaster, Octavius Mordex, was a stinking werewolf all along.” In the Cli Command Window, to enter command, you should move the cursor to the last line of the window.ġ4.Attention: You can use G-dis to operate data with connecting any master node of your Redis Cluster, but you can only choose db0 to operate the data on Redis Cluster.ġ5.
